Due to the intimate nature of our products, we uphold a strict no return policy. However, in the rare event that your product arrives damaged or the parcel is not successfully delivered, please file a claim here to arrange for a replacement or refund. Note that if you remove Shipping Protection from your cart during the checkout process, you are effectively forfeiting your ability to receive a refund or replacement if anything happens to your order during transit.
