If you have placed an order with us and are wondering when it will be shipped, or when it can be expected to deliver, you should receive an email immediately upon placing your order that confirms the purchase, plus another email when the shipment has been sent that includes your Tracking Number. All orders are shipped within 1-4 business days. 

In the event that you expected your order to arrive sooner despite it clearly remaining within our policy window, we do not offer compensation or cancellations.
