Care Instructions
How To Care For The Blanket
All Free Bleed® blankets are super easy to wash & maintain, and can be washed & dried in your laundry machine on the delicate or gentle cycle. We highly recommend washing the blanket on its own in a cool or cold water cycle to maintain its quality. Washing in hot water or with other items will cause the waterproof layer to deteriorate over time. If drying in a machine, choose a low temperature setting. A regular eco stain-removing spray can also be used if needed, but typically a single gentle machine-cycle is completely sufficient for removing all blood & stains, even on the light-colored blankets or the white fleecy sides.
Shipping & Returns
Discrete Packaging
Nothing on the outside of the parcel has branding or indicates that sexual or pleasure-related contents are inside.
Handling
All orders are shipped within 1-4 business days of order placement. Upon being shipped, customers receive an email with a tracking number.
Timeline
Shipping timeline estimations provided at checkout (when selecting your desired shipping option) are approximate and are from the time of order shipment, NOT the time of order placement.
Return Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a no return policy (no refunds or exchanges) except in the very rare case that the product is damaged upon arrival or the parcel does not successfully deliver. In this case, customers should file a claim here so that a replacement or refund can be issued.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping Protection is automatically added to each order. Note that if you decline & remove Shipping Protection at checkout, if your parcel gets lost or arrives damaged you are forfeiting your right to replacement or refund.
Customer Responsibility
We do not take responsibility for instances in which the customer does not receive an order due to entering the incorrect shipping address at checkout. In this case, the customer can re-submit a new order. If the parcel is recovered (i.e. parcel is returned to us due to non-delivery), we will happily re-ship the order provided that the customer completes payment for the additional shipping & handling charges.
Customs & Import Charges
We are not responsible for custom fees, duties, or taxes imposed upon international customers. In some cases, the customer may be required to pay customs fees to receive the parcel into their country. These charges are unpredictable and are not covered by YoniEgg.com.
Non-deliveries
If a customer does not receive an order due to the parcel being lost or stolen, it can be replaced or refunded if the customer purchased Shipping Protection at checkout. If your tracking number indicates that the parcel has been delivered and you have NOT received it, please file a claim here so that a replacement or refund can be issued.
Re-sending Orders
If an order is returned to us (i.e. non-delivery due to customer failure to pay customs charges to the respective company), we will happily re-ship the order provided that the customer completes payment for the additional shipping & handling charges.
