In cases of non-delivery due to incorrect address entry, customers may submit a new order. If the parcel is recovered and returned to us, additional shipping and handling charges may apply for re-shipment.

Customs & Import Charges: International customers should be aware that they may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon parcel arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by YoniEgg.com.

Non-Deliveries: In the unfortunate event of a lost or stolen parcel, customers who purchased Shipping Protection at checkout may request a replacement or refund. If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received the parcel, please file a claim here.

Re-sending Orders: Should an order be returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., failure to pay customs charges), we are happy to re-ship the order upon completion of payment for additional shipping and handling charges.
