THE KIT by Nookees is your complete, reusable solution for managing your period. It includes one pair of high waisted organic cotton period panties, along with three organic cotton reusable period pads in light, medium, and heavy absorbency. This setup replaces tampons, disposable period products, and liners, offering reliable protection for everything from light flow days to heavy flow and overnight use.

This reusable period underwear is made from soft lyocell and designed to feel like regular underwear, while securely holding your pads in place. The high waisted fit gives extra coverage and support, making it a great option for postpartum, teens, or anyone wanting extra comfort during their cycle. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a snug fit that stays in place throughout the day or night.

Each pad is made from IVN Best-certified comfy organic cotton. The three absorbency levels let you test how your period flow changes over your cycle, so you can figure out how many pairs and which thicknesses you actually need. The four layer towel absorbency in each pad gives peace of mind without bulk, making them ideal for bladder leaks, heavy flow days, and longer wear times. These pads are washable, durable, and easy to care for, helping you avoid the skin irritation and waste associated with products that contain harmful chemicals.

Returns & Insurance

Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a no return policy (no refunds or exchanges) except in the very rare case that the product is damaged upon arrival or the parcel does not successfully deliver. In this case, customers should file a claim here so that a replacement or refund can be issued.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping Protection is automatically added to each order. Note that if you decline & remove Shipping Protection at checkout, if your parcel gets lost or arrives damaged you are forfeiting your right to replacement or refund.

Non-deliveries

If a customer does not receive an order due to the parcel being lost or stolen, it can be replaced or refunded if the customer purchased Shipping Protection at checkout. If your tracking number indicates that the parcel has been delivered and you have NOT received it, please file a claim here so that a replacement or refund can be issued.

Responsibility & Customs

We do not take responsibility for instances in which the customer does not receive an order due to entering the incorrect shipping address at checkout. In this case, the customer can re-submit a new order. If the parcel is recovered (i.e. parcel is returned to us due to non-delivery), we will happily re-ship the order provided that the customer completes payment for the additional shipping & handling charges.
